NEVER GIVE UP

I first took the oath in 1956 when I joined the Navy. Then again in 1963 when I enlisted in the Army volunteering for the newly formed Special Forces.

Have eight years of active duty and almost 21 in the active reserve (all Special Forces), retiring in '96. My civilian job was a police officer on Torrance PD. So you see, I've taken the OATH many times.

My son, back from Afghanistan where he received a Bronze Star, Purple Heart and CIB is now getting ready for deployment to Iraq. He also is an OATH keeper and ready as I am to defend that OATH.

Thank you for all that you are doing and offering the opportunity to be a member of this proud group.

Colonel, Special Forces US Army (Retired) Speaks his Mind

Dear Sirs,

I just saw the Oath Keeper website and agree wholeheartedly with what it stands for. I thought it might be worthwhile to send a letter to you, that I sent in February to my Senators and Congressmen. I doubt that it did any good, I think that we do need to “get in their faces” to at least have them acknowledge our disagreement with the madness going on right now.

With reference to the question I posed as to how much “overseas” money contributed to his “victory”, I think the answer is now clear. All one need do is recognize that the $900M from the stimulus bill going to the Palestinians is really being handed to Hamas. It should be fairly simple to calculate how many rockets that will buy.

Thanks, and keep up the good work, please.
