Oath Keepers: Orders We Will Not Obey

NOTE: Please visit our new site at

www.oathkeepers.org

"The time is now near at hand which must probably determine, whether Americans are to be, Freemen, or Slaves; whether they are to have any property they can call their own; whether their Houses, and Farms, are to be pillaged and destroyed, and they consigned to a State of Wretchedness from which no human efforts will probably deliver them. The fate of unborn Millions will now depend, under God, on the Courage and Conduct of this army" - Gen. George Washington, to his troops before the battle of Long Island

Such a time is near at hand again. The fate of unborn millions will now depend, under God, on the Courage and Conduct of this Army - and this Marine Corps, This Air Force, This Navy and the National Guard units of these sovereign states.

Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association of currently serving military, reserves, National Guard, peace officers, and veterans who swore an oath to support and de
fend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic … and meant it.

Our oath is to the Constitution, not to the politicians, and that oath will be
kept. We won’t “just follow orders."

Below is our declaration of orders we will NOT obey because we will consider them unconstitutional (and thus unlawful) and immoral violations of the natural rights of the people. Such orders would be acts of war against the American people by their own government, and thus acts of treason. We will not make war against our own people. We will not commit treason. We will defend the Republic.

Declaration of Orders We Will NOT Obey

Recognizing that we each swore an oath to support and d
efend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and affirming that we are guardians of the Republic, of the principles in our Declaration of Independence, and of the rights of our people, we affirm and declare the following:

1. We will NOT obey any order to disarm the American people.

The attempt to disarm the people on April 19, 1775 was the spark of o
pen conflict in the American Revolution. That vile attempt was an act of war, and the American people fought back in justified, righteous self-defense of their natural rights. Any such order today would also be an act of war against the American people, and thus an act of treason. We will not make war on our own people, and we will not commit treason by obeying any such treasonous order.

Nor will we assist, or support any such attempt to disarm the people by other government entities, either state or federal.

In addition, we affirm that the purpose of the Second Amendment is to preserve the military power of the people so that they will, in the last resort, have effective final recourse to arms and to the God of Hosts in the face of tyranny. Accordingly, we oppose any and all further infringements on the right of the people to keep and bear arms. In particular we oppose a renewal of the misnamed “assault-weapons” ban or the enactment of H.R. 45 (which would register and track gun owners like convicted pedophiles).

2. We will NOT obey any order to conduct warrantless searches of the American people, their homes, vehicles, papers, or effects - suc
h as warrantless house-to house searches for weapons or persons.

One of the causes of the American Revolution was the use of “writs of assistance,” which were essentially warrantless searches because there was no requirement of a showing of probable cause to a judge, and the first fiery embers of American resistance were born in opposition to those infamous writs. The Founders considered all warrantless searches to be unreasonable and egregious. It was to prevent a repeat of such violations of the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects that the Fourth Amendment was written.

We expect that sweeping warrantless searches of homes and vehicles, under some pretext, will be the means used to attempt to disarm the people.

3. We will NOT obey any order to detain American citizen
s as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to trial by military tribunal.

One of the causes of the American Revolution was the denial of the right to jury trial, the use of admiralty courts (military tribunals) instead, and the application of the laws of war to the colonists. After that experience, and being well aware of the infamous Star Chamber in English history, the Founders ensured that the international laws of war would apply only to foreign enemies, not to the American people. Thus, the Article III Treason Clause establishes the only constitutional form of trial for an American, not serving in the military, who is accused of making war on his own nation. Such a trial for treason must be before a civilian jury, not a tribunal.

The international laws of war do not trump our Bill of Rights. We reject as illegitimate any such claimed power, as did the Supreme Court in Ex Parte Milligan (1865). Any attempt to apply the laws of war to American civilians, under any pretext, such as against domestic “militia” groups the government brands “domestic terrorists,” is an act of war and an act of treason.

4. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state, or to enter with force into a state, without the express consent and invitation of that state’s legislature and governor.

One of the causes of the American Revolution was the attempt “to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power” by disbanding the Massachusetts legislature and appointing General Gage as “military governor.” The attempt to disarm the people of Massachusetts during that martial law sparked our Revolution. Accordingly, the power to impose martial law – the absolute rule over the people by a military officer with his will alone being law – is nowhere enumerated in our Constitution.

Further, it is the militia of a state and of the several states that the Constitution contemplates being used in any context, during any emergency within a state, not the standing army.

The imposition of martial law by the national government over a state and its people, treating them as an occupied enemy nation, is an act of war. Such an attempted suspension of the Constitution and Bill of Rights voids the compact with the states and with the people.

5. We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty and declares the national government to be in violation of the compact by which that state entered the Union.

In response to the obscene growth of federal power and to the absurdly totalitarian claimed powers of the Executive, upwards of 20 states are considering, have considered, or have passed courageous resolutions affirming states rights and sovereignty.

Those resolutions follow in the honored and revered footsteps of Jefferson and Madison in their Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions, and likewise seek to enforce the Constitution by affirming the very same principles of our Declaration, Constitution, and Bill of Rights that we Oath Keepers recognize and affirm.

Chief among those principles is that ours is a dual sovereignty system, with the people of each state retaining all powers not granted to the national government they created, and thus the people of each state reserved to themselves the right to judge when the national government they created has voided the compact between the states by asserting powers never granted.

Upon the declaration by a state that such a breach has occurred, we will not obey orders to force that state to submit to the national government.

6. We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus
turning them into giant concentration camps.

One of the causes of the American Revolution was the blockade of Boston, and the occupying of that city by the British military, under martial law. Once hostilities began, the people of Boston were tricked into turning in their arms in exchange for safe passage, but were then forbidden to leave. That confinement of the residents of an entire city was an act of war.

Such tactics were repeated by the Nazis in the Warsaw Ghetto, and by the Imperial Japanese in Nanking, turning entire cities into death camps. Any such order to disarm and confine the people of an American city will be
an act of war and thus an act of treason.

7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.

Mass, forced internment into concentration camps was a hallmark of every fascist and communist dictatorship in the 20th Century. Such internment was unfortunately even used against American citizens of Japanese descent during World War II. Whenever a government interns its own people, it treats them like an occupied enemy population. Oppressive governments often use the internment of women and children to break the will of the men fighting for their liberty – as was done to the Boers, to the Jewish resisters in the Warsaw Ghetto, and to the Chechens, for example.

Such a vile order to forcibly intern Americans without charges or trial would be an act of war against the American people, and thus an act of treason, regardless of the pretext used. We will not commit treason, nor will we facilitate or support it."NOT on Our Watch!"

8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control” during any emergency, or under any other pretext. We will consider such use of foreign troops against our people to be an invasion and an act of war.

During the American Revolution, the British government enlisted the aid of Hessian mercenaries in an attempt to subjugate the rebellious American people. Throughout history, repressive regimes have enlisted the aid of foreign troops and mercenaries who have no bonds with the people.

Accordingly, as the militia of the several states are the only military force contemplated by the Constitution, in Article I, Section 8, for domestic keeping of the peace, and as the use of even our own standing army for such purposes is without such constitutional support, the use of foreign troops and mercenaries against the people is wildly unconstitutional, egregious, and an act of war.

We will oppose such troops as enemies of the people and we will treat all who request, invite, and aid those foreign troops as the traitors they are.

9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies, under any emergency pretext whatsoever.

One of the causes of the American Revolution was the seizure and forfeiture of American ships, goods, and supplies, along with the seizure of American timber for the Royal Navy, all in violation of the people’s natural right to their property and to the fruits of their labor. The final spark of the Revolution was the attempt by the government to seize powder and cannon stores at Concord.

Deprivation of food has long been a weapon of war and oppression, with millions intentionally starved to death by fascist and communist governments in the 20th Century alone.

Accordingly, we will not obey or facilitate orders to confiscate food and other essential supplies from the people, and we will consider all those who issue or carry out such orders to be the enemies of the people.

10. We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on
the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

There would have been no American Revolution without fiery speakers and writers such as James Otis, Patrick Henry, Thomas Paine, and Sam Adams “setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.”

Patrick Henry: "Give me Liberty, or Give me DEATH!"

Tyrants know that the pen of a man such as Thomas Paine can cause them more damage than entire armies, and thus they always seek to suppress the natural rights of speech, association, and assembly. Without freedom of speech, the people will have no recourse but to arms. Without freedom of speech and conscience, there is no freedom.

Therefore, we will not obey or support any orders to suppress or violate the right of the people to speak, associate, worship, assemble, communicate, or petition government for the redress of grievances.

— And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually affirm our oath and pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor. Oath Keepers

The above list is not exhaustive but we do consider them to be clear tripwires – they form our “line in the sand,” and if we receive such orders, we will not obey them. Further, we will know that the time for another American Revolution is nigh. If such a revolution comes, at that time, not only will we NOT fire upon our fellow Americans who righteously resist such egregious violations of their God given rights, we will join them in fighting against those who dare attempt to enslave them.

More About Oath Keepers

Oath Keepers is a non partisan association of currently serving military, veterans, and peace officers who will fulfill our oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help us God.

Our oath is to the Constitution, not to the politicians, and not to any political party. In the long-standing tradition of the U.S. military, we are apolitical. We don’t care if unlawful orders come from a Democrat or a Republican, or if the violation is bi-partisan. We will not obey unconstitutional (and thus unlawful) and immoral orders, such as orders to disarm the American people or to place them under martial law. We won’t “just follow orders." Our motto: “Not on Our Watch!” or to put it even more succinctly, in the words of , "NUTS!"

There is at this time a debate within the ranks of the military regarding their oath. Some mistakenly believe they must follow any order the President issues. But many others do understand that their loyalty is to the Constitution and to the people, and understand what that means.

The mission of Oath Keepers is to vastly increase their numbers.

We are in a battle for the hearts and minds of our own troops.
Help us win it.

  1. To You Honorable Men:

I can only say thank you for your fortitude and integrity.
For too long I have feared the prospect of our own military forces being used against us in a manner as you describe here.
I am not a veteran nor a peace officer but I dearly love the principals of the Founding Fathers of our nation. I am bitter over the road this government has taken us down and angry that my children may be faced with brutal tyranny in their lifetimes.

I LOVE MY COUNTRY BUT I FEAR THIS GOVERNMENT.

Thank you for keeping your sacred oath to the people of our homeland.

"lame. where were you internet tough guys during the last 8 years. losers."

Anon, that would be a fair question if you were over at Michelle Malkin's website, or over at El Rushbo's.

But the men who form the core of Oath Keepers were just as outspoken in opposition to the dangerously unconstitutional actions of Bush as we will be of Obama's violations.

Want proof? Go here, to my own personal blog:

    www.stewart-rhodes.blogspot.com

There, you can read nearly everything I have written for the past five years, including multiple papers and articles condemning the Bush doctrines of the "unitary executive" and enemy combatant status, as well as how Bush's own lawyers stabbed gun owners in the back. Most of those articles you can find as permanent links on the upper right side.

    Here are just two:

    http://stewart-rhodes.blogspot.com/2006/10/government-supremacists-neocons.html

    http://stewart-rhodes.blogspot.com/2006/11/clinton-era-proposal-to-use-military.html

And here is my most recent post where I criticize both Bush and Obama:

    http://stewart-rhodes.blogspot.com/2009/02/democratic-senator-byrd-warns-of-obama.html

    Here is an excerpt:

"The claims of independent executive power by the Bush Administration were absurd - amounting to nothing less than the claim that the President, once elected, under his constitutional Article II powers, is absolutely unrestrained and unhindered by any other branch of government, any provision in the main body of the Constitution or the Bill of Rights. Basically, the argument was that the President is an elected dictator. Remember what James Madison warned:

The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands ... may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny." - James Madison, Federalist No. 47

Just for the record, I warned about this back in 2006. See my article Government Supremacists: Neocons, the National Security New Dealers. But of course, few Republicans listened because it was their guy doing it.

Well, now the totalitarian boot is on the other foot - the left foot.

The goal of executive supremacists in both parties is to make Congress an irrelevant debating society, such that it really doesn't matter which party holds a majority in Congress.

And that is yet another reason why the threat of a repeat of 1994 has no teeth as a check on what Obama does - even if Republicans retake Congress (and presuming the GOP quislings don't just go along) Obama will simply ignore them and do what he wants by executive order and decree through these special White House offices and through all of the other mechanisms of vastly expanded Executive Power he inherited from Bush.

We are now in the age of elected dictatorship, with the only election that really matters being for the presidency - and once elected, any President can do pretty much as he pleases.

He will be not just "The One" but also "The Law" since his every spoken word will have the force of law, and all the might of the Executive branch, behind it. He truly will be "the Decider."

The one great difference is that Obama will very likely turn the "war on terror" inward on gun owners and a resurgent militia movement. And that may be the spark that sets off the powder keg that is America."

    END OF EXCERPT

I first thought of Oath Keepers well over a year ago but was busy with the Ron Paul campaign. And this group began to actively form before the November election - as it says above, we DON'T CARE WHAT PARTY IS IN POWER. We care about the Constitution, and will oppose all who violate it.

My full name, Alan Jay Stang, Jr, is on every list the fedgov has anyway, so like Patrick Henry said, "If it be treason, make the most of it."

  14. Possibly another one could be added that you won't enforce any price or wage controls or close down any businesses that disobey unconstitutional economic regs. I have my own Blogspot blog in which I am reviewing some works of the great free-market economist Murray Rothbard that I hope you'll enjoy as you learn what a *truly* free market is. Please bookmark! I will be posting more in a few weeks, and these will, I hope, help you understand just what is causing the economic crisis we are currently experiencing.

Before I list the page, here is another idea. There could very well be a major "meltdown" whereby the feds (or a state) declare martial law or something close to it. Things will happen very fast, and people will need to carry out the contingency plans they have for emergencies, whatever these plans may be (round up their family, find items they'll need, whatever). If you are in law enforcement, you'll be called. But what about those of us who are not? What if one is asleep? The clock is ticking, but there is no-one to wake you up.

My idea is for someone who has the wherewithall to have a text-message or phone-message "blaster" (I think it's called) whereby a phone message or text is sent to subscribers to make sure they are awake and aware. Universities send these to students and others in the event of campus emergencies. Something like this happens, 5 minutes later the subscriber knows.

I would be willing to pay to subscribe to such an early warning. If you know of such a thing that is already up and running or in the process of being set up, please tell me! E-mail aliceprez@aol.com. Thank you!

  17. My line has been fighting - and dieing - for the United States since before the Revolution. My kin fought in the French and Indian War. We have served in every war since. I served 10 years in the Air Force. My Father served in the Navy as did my younger brother - AND his wife. My Dad's Father was in the trenches in France and my Father-in-law bailed out of a burning B-24 and had the priviliedge of experiencing the "other" death march (google German Death March). Most of my cousins and both my Dad's brothers served at least one hitch. My son served 8 years in the Army - including Panama and Sandbox 1. I have a nephew by marriage in Iraq as we speak and a cousin's son (no - TWO cousins' sons) getting ready to go back.

I never served in combat but one night in '82 I helped bring 5th Air Force to Defcon 2 when the North Koreans moved 5 additional divisions up to the DMZ and tried to bring down overflying U-2s and SR-71s. While you were asleep over here we were only 2 stages of alert from war.

I actually took the oath 3 times - once when I went to OCS at Quantico, once when I enlisted in USAF and once when I re-enlisted and I do not remember any expiration date. I refuse to be forsworn. God help me - AND us. May we never have to defend our homes and families from U.S. troops - or peace officers.

  19. Gentlemen, I am a retired Military Veteran (26 years service), EST officer, former civilian peace officer and currently working as an armed security officer and director of security for an elite private school. While I well know that there are political hacks everywhere, even in our military and police forces, I have always felt that the majority of our troops, both officer and enlisted, held our oath to the Constitution as a sacred obligation. I know that I do even after some 15 years of retirement. It is good to see a site like yours.
I try to keep myself as fit as possible and I also continiously hone my firearm skills. I am a serious student of history and I can tell you that what is presently happening in our country is a classic communist conquest.

  21. This is all very encouraging and I am very glad to see these ideas finally being expressed. I am sure we have all been thinking about this for some time. But it is also necessary to think practically. Some of the things mentioned in the post are pretty obvious at least as long as service people have a moment to think and it is clear to them that something stinks about their orders. But none are going to be able to tell before the fact just how legitimate a declaration of emergency is or whether actions taken are reasonable. For example, it might actually be necessary to limit movement to and from population centers in order to control contagion and it might be reasonable to provide living facilities in cental locations for people whose homes have become radioactive. It is not going to be an easy call for anybody, much less a scared and sleep-deprived 19 year old kid with an M-16.

What is needed is an understanding of this difficulty and a forthright approach toward communicating with police and service people. Remember, the phonies in Washington have a lot of cards. When the British occupied India and Hindus protested, they brought in Sikhs to shoot them down. When Sikhs protested, it was Hindu troops who pulled the triggers with glee. Whenever there were mixed protestors, the British brought in the Gurkhas to mow them down.

  22. Please don't take the following as criticism, it is not. However, these are things I think we should all be thinking about.

I am having a little trouble believing all this. And no, it is not because I doubt your sincerity. My trouble with full belief, not disbelief, just trouble with full belief of your statements above can best be illustrated by articles 9 and 10 above.

"9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies, under any emergency pretext whatsoever."

Yet we know that daily in this country people are having their property confiscated without conviction of crime, without even arrests for suspicion of crime in many cases. This all started with the RICO statutes and has now expanded so that every PD, every Alphabet agency at every level of government can and does confiscate everything from cash to cars to homes to guns, without even a scintilla of due process for those thusly deprived. Guys, it isn't the Mafia doing it, not even MS-13, the Crips, the Bloods or any other traditionally recognized criminal enterprise. It is law enforcement and in rare cases the National Guard (see NO/Katrina).

This raises questions that must be asked. Who is doing it? If it is not the Oath Keepers and its members, then who? And what are the Oath Keepers willing to do about their fellow soldiers and brother officers who are doing it?

Without the resolve to stand against them when appropriate it matters not what you say, for then the words are only wishes.

"10. We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances. "

More questions; How many heads have we seen busted at political rallies when opposing demonstrators are peacefully protesting (key word-peacefully)? How many free speech zones have we seen set up and enforced at great remove from the locus of debate? Who has enforced these two abominations? What has been done to stop them?

Don't get me wrong, I am glad to see that your hearts are in the right place. But it is going to take more than hearts. It means sacrifice, maybe blood, for sure sweat and tears. Ostracism may even be in the offing by those who will not keep their oaths. Those are the consequences of keeping your oath, or at least they could be. All that is bad enough, but what about pensions lost and careers ended when the stand is taken? How many will take that stand knowing all that will befall them?

Number 2 is also a stumbling block for me. But as this is going to be long enough as it is, where were the principled people in the Corey Maye, or Ryan Frederick cases? Both men killed nocturnal attackers of their homes, only to learn later that they were law enforcement. In one case the warrant was for a different residence and the other had no warrant at all. Both men were convicted for doing exactly what every one of us would do in the exact circumstances. All those people involved in the arrest and prosecution of these two had taken oaths. None kept them.

So another question is this; is Oath Keepers a roll call of those who are now affirming they will not engage in like behavior?

I repeat, I am glad your hearts are in the right place, but to date I haven't seen it happen, except in very rare instances, where a stand was taken against the law machine, by its enforcers. How can you know you will stand up to the "big" push when no one has yet stood up to the "little" pushes that we as a citizenry and nation endure daily?

Until we do, our words are only wishes.

What else do you expect from the action takers? Politics? That doesn't work. Except for something almost passive, yet unambigiously rebellious, something which doesn't attract a "crackdown", yet still a big insult to the state. Yeah, I dunno how to do that. But I wish I did, because the "oath breakers" do as their predecessors did, incrementally. How are you gonna fight that? A little bit here, a little more there, pretty soon everything is crap!

Watch Money. Money is a barometer of a society's virtue. When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion - when you see that in order to produce, you need permission from men who produce nothing - when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors - when you see men get richer by graft and pull than by work, and your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you - when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - you may know that our society is doomed. Money is so noble a medium that it does not compete with guns and it does not make terms with brutality. It will not permit a country to survive as half-! property, half-loot. The state is by it's nature a criminal organization that always tramples liberty. It is incapable of protecting freedom.

"The ostensible supporters of the Constitution, like the ostensible supporters of most other governments, are made up of three classes: 1. Knaves, a numerous and active class, who see in the government an instrument which they can use for their own aggrandizement or wealth. 2. Dupes --- a large class, no doubt --- each of whom, because he is allowed one voice out of millions in deciding what he may do with his own person and his own property, and because he is permitted to have the same voice in robbing, enslaving, and murdering others, that others have in robbing, enslaving, and murdering himself, is stupid enough to imagine that he is a "free man," a "sovereign"; that this is "a free government"; "a government of equal rights," "the best government on earth," and such like absurdities. 3. A class who have some appreciation of the evils of government, but either do not see how to get rid of them, or do not choose to so far sacrifice their private interests as to give themselves seriously and earnestly to the work of making a change."

  39. The response to Oath Keepers has been absolutely amazing, and we are having a tough time keeping up with it all, with a flood of emails as well as these comments.

But, we will do our best.

    In answer to this:

"Were you around in WWII would you have refused to round up American citizens who were Japanese?"

Yes. That was unconstitional and a gross violation of the rights of citizens. As we said in #3 above. Why would it matter what race they are? The internment of Japanese American citizens is now condemned by most (except for some apologists, such as Michelle Malkin), but usually the focus is on the racist aspect, and not enough attention is paid to the fact that US citizens were treated as if they were the citizens of a foreign enemy nation. That, to us, is the broader constitutional violation. NO US citizen can ever be stripped of the protections of the Bill of Rights and treated as if they are a foreign enemy - at least not under the original intent of the Founders.

But that principle is now under assault by legal elites from both major parties.

I will try to answer any other questions as time permits.

For those of you who made statements on your oath, thank you! If yours was very, very short, please do send in a longer version so we can make it a stand-along post. Those testimonials are powerful, and it would be a shame to see them get lost in a sea of comments.

  49. Well shyhawker doug, I see the questions scared the crap out of you. So, in the manner of all cowards you attack the questioner, rather than address the issues.

Each of my questions was a legitimate inquiry into the mindset and possible future response of the people currently serving. As of right now, I see no one living by the principles herein espoused. I would like to see it. I do support it.

To date I see LEO's following any orders they are given. There are currently two battalions of the Army posted Conus to help in "domestic situations". So yeah, I want to know how they will react when given illegal orders.

I suspect the vituperation evident in your comments to me mean that you are one who has already violated his oath and resent being asked those questions. I don't know it, but I suspect it. As for whether I am a coward, that isn't something you would want to test in person.

Now, Oathkeepers, let me ask another question if you would. Knowing the constitution and the real meaning of the second amendment would you refuse to arrest an armed man who is in violation of the law but is constitutionally entitled to be armed, the law being repugnant to the constitution?

These are questions that need to asked, more importantly these are questions that show whether or not you mean it by your answers. Even if you do not address them publicly, you should know inside yourselves the answers to them.

Penetrated US air space when you could'nt even attack with NUKES without our airforces knowing?
When you couldn't even fly a Cessna within so many miles of DC without getting shot down.
But a civilian airliner flew inside the Pentagons safe zone(protected by Missile defence systems) without a Hitch?
    Pffft?

  58. No, anon, the 19 terrorists are dead. If you are too stupid to realize that Muslim names are basically very limited in number and scope, with every Ahmed al Otaibi being the equivalent of a John Smith here, then nothing I can say will change your mind.
If you are too stupid to realize that this operation didn't take massive logistics, but only some training on flying planes and heavybody flight simulator stick time, all of which can be easily purchased, then nothing I can say will change your mind.
If you are saying those who planned and carried out this attack could not have done so because hey, they're primitive cave dwellers, thereby totally ignoring the documented facts that they were mostly university educated terrorists, then nothing I can say will change your mind.
If you think that US air space required 'penetration' by 19 assholes with weapons going up against flight crews trained (at that time) to do as the terrorists said, then nothing I can say will change your mind.
If you think that despite multiple instances of Cessna sized planes flying over the Whitehouse over the years prior to 9/11(well documented cases) that a Cessna couldn't fly within 'many miles of DC', then nothing I can say will change your mind.
If you think the Pentagon was protected by a 'Missile defence' (sic) system, 'Hitch' (sic) or no, which would shoot down a commercial jet liner in airspace in which commercial jet liners routinely operate, then nothing I can say will change your mind.
Pointing out the multitude of websites, magazine articles (the Popular Mechanics one is awesome) that show how ignorant of science, fact, and logic the 'truther' movement is will not change your mind.

Instead, you will spout your diarrhea about 'doing your research' which, of course, is nothing more than 'reading other truther moron's diarrheic, misinformed and illogical ramblings.'

In short, you are too stupid for words; too ignorant to be allowed to roam freely in public without someone from your local Association for Retarded Citizens holding your hand; and certainly too much of a political liability for anyone to ever take seriously in the public realm of ideas and policy. The oathtakers should renounce your brand of ignorance post haste, or they will fall on the heap of the worst Bircheresque moronodrivel that made the entire anti-Clinton movement cringe with embarassment during that idiots two terms.

  65. The focus of effort of Oath Keepers is as stated: to remind all oath takers of their oath to defend the Constitution, to remind them of what it is they swore to defend, and to steel their resolve to stand and defend it if/when the time comes.

To that end, we have published a list of principles we are sworn to defend, which come directly from the Declaration of Independence, and a list of orders we will not obey, which track nearly perfectly the causes of the American Revolution and also our Bill of Rights.

    That is no accident.

The oath is common ground. The Constitution is common ground. The Bill of Rights is common ground. The Declaration of Independence is common ground. The causes of the American Revolution is common ground. The American Revolution itself is our common heritage.

Imagine what it would be like if every man and woman in uniform fully understood those vital elements and were as resolved to defend them as you are. That is our goal.

As far as we are concerned, all else is a distraction from that common ground and that focus of effort.

So we ask you to please stay focused on the central task at hand of reminding all who serve and all who swore the oath of those common ground elements of American liberty.

That is a job big enough for all of us, including you, to handle, without getting side-tracked with arguments that tend to turn into "how many angels can dance on the head of a pin."

We don't plan on erasing tangential comments, but please do try to focus on the central mission of Oath Keepers - focus your effort on the focus of effort.

The only comments that will be ruthlessly deleted are racist comments. While they do tend to serve as very sad, but often entertaining, examples of self-delusion, poor logic, and faulty reasoning(which is ironic since they are written by people claiming to be of a superior race)any entertainment value we could derive from leaving them up is outweighed by the potential discredit they bring to all who swore the oath and to this effort.

Remember, anti-liberty organizations such as the SPLC will be salivating at the chance to paint this effort as racist, as several comments have already alleged, with utterly no basis.

So racist comments will be tossed in the trash, where they belong.

After just a little while no one was trusted as our military brothers were dead. We were thrown into sorrow and mental anquish. Troops minds were brain washed into revenge. Now of course we have not interrogated each and every one of the core group of Oath Keepers, or their associates in the various branches, or those troops they command, on their thoughts about 9-11, so who the hell knows if one of them thinks 9-11 was an inside job (and they have not leapt up to announce their views either).

And we are NOT GOING TO interrogate them for you, Baboy, because we simply couldn't care less.

  77. In the quote from George Washington under the first picture: " "The time is now near at hand which must probably determine, whether Americans are to be, Freemen, or Slaves; whether they are to have any property they can call their own; whether their Houses, and Farms, are to be pillaged and destroyed, and they consigned to a State of Wretchedness from which no human efforts will probably deliver them. The fate of unborn Millions will now depend, under God, on the Courage and Conduct of this army" - Gen. George Washington, to his troops before the battle of Long Island

Surely, George Washington knew that 'Freemen'
was just another name for slave within the Pontiff of Rome's Holy Roman Empire - which America never ridded itself from the clutches of that despotic empire.

There is a vast difference between 'free man' or 'free men' and 'freeman' or 'freemen'. The former denotes a sovereign individual adult man, and the latter denotes a slave promoted into a 'trustee slave' position.

The same 'name game' scheme goes for the term 'person' [used in both the Articles of Confederation and the CONstitution], with that term meaning exactly the same as 'freeman', 'citizen' = slave granted privileges in exchange for obedience to the slave owner's rules and the forfeiture of the fruits of labor to the slave owner - taxes.

If anyone wishes to see a copy of the 'oath to be a freeman' in the colony of Massachusetts in the 1630s, e-mail me.

I cannot speak for all Oath Keepers (obviously, because I do not know them all!) but I have publicly opposed the Unitary Executive theory for years, as I noted in an earlier comment in this thread. And while I don't know all Oath Keepers, I do know some, and those I know agree with me on this point.

"Also, it would seem like you probably are at odds with much of the GOP, which endorses the Unitary Executive concepts of the Federalist Society, which is the source of all GOP judicial appointees."

Not all of the GOP endorses that - there is a serious split within the Republican party on that issue, and I expect that split to become all the more pronounced now that it is Obama who holds all that expanded power. Nothing tends to make people wake up and remember the Constitution quite like having their political enemies in power - sort of like how Democrats suddenly rediscovered the virtues of limits on power and started quoting Ben Franklin, and other "dead white men" during the Bush Admin.

"The guys are "Origionalists" all right - they want a KING.""

You are spot on, when it comes to the "neocon" fake legal originalists. You may enjoy this:

    http://stewart-rhodes.blogspot.com/2006/11/john-yoo-poem-freedom-lovers-version-of.html

The notion that the President is an elected King, who once elected is omnipotent, is a fraud. And a dangerous one at that.

But I do not expect Obama to renounce that power. He will make a show of criticizing the Bush Admin, but he will not rescind or renounce the claimed power to do likewise.

And, if he is tempted to use that power here, at home, this is what we may see:

    http://stewart-rhodes.blogspot.com/2006/11/clinton-era-proposal-to-use-military.html

Looks like I'll have to make a dedicated post to address all of these "where were you guys when George Bush was wiping his ass with the Constitution" comments.

  79. Folks, if you support this effort, and want to help it grow, please go to the Oath Keeper testimonials which have been posted on this site and thank those good and honorable men for stepping up and sending in their testimonials.

Many of them have put their John Hancock on their testimonial, and even those who remain anonymous (such as active duty) deserve our thanks and our support.

We have posted four new testimonials today alone. Please comment on them and show them that they are appreciated.

After I left military service, I went into Law Enforcement where I served for about 30 years. I took the oath in January 1966, and since have lived up to it to the best of my ability. Of course, mistakes wre are are made. This is the nature of man. If you challenge the principles of freedom under the rule of law -the Constitution, you are a traitor and do not deserve to enjoy the freedoms the constitution provides for us. If you are one who is critical of the philosopy expressed herein, find another website more to your liking and go there. We cannot convince you of the rightness of this cause. that is for you to do through study, honesty and prayer. If you can't swear to uphold the Constitution, then you are either hopelessly naive, stupid or evil.

I expect that we will win this test of wills and strength, but some of us may fall. We will ultimately prevail because despite the current state of affairs, we are right-and those who would tear up the constitution are wrong. No nation on earth has been taken by force of arms when it had an armed citizenry.

To those who find fault with one or another of the positions taken by Oath Keepers, I say fine. But when it comes time to defend the CONSTITUTION of the Unites States, shut up and honor your oath.

So you say I'm Al-CIA-da, you gave me this name,
But what are my crimes then ? And fortune to fame ?
You say that I'm white now, hiding out in plain site,
A new "Boogeyman," you've created, for your never ending fight.
You say I could strike now, anywhere on the planet,
With either, nuclear, bio, or chemical, you save that, " I have it ! "
But we've heard it before, with Saddam Hussein,
We're not stupid as we once were, we're not playin' that game.
We've been lied to & misled, had all our rights taken,
For your "False War on Terror," if I'm not mistaken ?
So I'll tell you this one time, just leave me alone,
Don't bug me, or tap me, or enter my home.
Don't watch where I'm going, the things that I do,
My bank balance, my credit cards, are not yours to view.
Don't read all my e-mails, don't search in my car,
Don't go to my neighbors, my pastor, or bar.
I've had it, quite simply, & now I am pissed,
I have "God-Given," rights, you've forgotten or missed.
My thoughts, my opinions, and all of my rights,
I didn't give them up, & you're now in my sights.
I'm so sick & tired, of all that you've done,
I'm fed up, I'm pissed off, now I'm gettin' my guns !
I'm growing much stronger, & bigger each day,
The lies that you've told, are now slipping away.
The movement you're afraid of, now is at hand,
So strike up the music ! And strike up the band !
This movement you're afraid of, just in case it gets hot ?
It's just like the first one, & you just might get shot.
We tried to be peaceful, do everything right,
But the case of "Impeachment," was a horrible sight.
The clowns & the circus, the fluff & the show,
Said you have no intention of honor & so,……
I've come now to tell you, your time is now up !
You traitors, your tyrants, you sycophant scum.
Soon we'll be marching onto D.C.,
With an army of millions, for the whole world to see.
To take back our country ! To take back our name !
To restore her to honor ! To undue her shame !
Some will fall early, some will fall late,
Others just vanish, we'll not know their fates ?
But believe me, we're comin' , to this I attest,
We will never give up now, we will not ever rest !
You will be brought to justice, you will hang for your crimes !
We will give no mercy, no quarter, no time.
For the unspeakable horrors, & things that you've done,
Like "Murder, Torture, & Treason," are some.
The things that I'd do to you, some I can't even mention,
Do you get what I sayin' now, do you hear my intention ?
You made this my fight ! I didn't even start it !
I was just livin' my life, blind & half hearted.
You wanted this "War," so I hope you are happy !
I'm coming for you all now, so let's make it snappy !
And when we are done, our country now saved,
We will bury our dead & honor their graves.
But you, you will be nothing, not ever remembered,
Cause like the cowards you are, you all ran & surrendered.

My suggestion is that the Oath Keepers present step forward to protect the helpless, because those of us who help for a living will need protection from bureaucratic bullies, particularly if evacuation is attempted. Then organize a plan in response to the event and determine the validity of the threat. This will help protect the helpless who are children, elderly, disabled, our friends, families, neighbors. As a nurse, I too took an oath. My Daddy served in WWII in the South Pacific & remained an Oath Keeper until death. Thank you for serving.

Our Constitution provides the rights that must be upheld, or those that enforce the laws may find they have destroyed the country they serve! If that is the case, those that enforce the laws, will have become their own worst enemy. And now there is no reason to trust your neighbor.

  136. I wonder if any on the left ever get nervous...?
For no, we do not believe them.
After all, guns sales have never been higher in our country's history. They will not be taken, regardless of Obama's demonstrated contempt of the Constitution. Nor will the UN, blue helmets make easy targets. Foreign soldiers not invited to American soil are enemies, that simple.
I do expect them to try.....perhaps culminating in a guerrilla war in the United States.
The wailing lament of the hand-wringers.......we are the most heavily armed nation on Earth.
    I do hope so........
I have absolutely no intention of complying with any mandates from this crowd.....if I had more money I would own more guns. I have heard otherwise sensible, intelligent people prattle on about Obama's views on the second amendment, claiming he favors it.
I tell them to examine his record.
Not one has disputed me that has bothered to do so....I think most are afraid to.
    History has it's lessons.........
Rather than seek to confiscate weapons, it will simply make it a crime to use them in self-defense, hiding behind the UN charter that literally says you do not have the right to kill in self-defense, or for a woman to shoot a rapist, for it deprives a murderer of his right to life. They already have plans to use the UN to subjugate the Constitution to it's mandates.
    Think I'm joking or exaggerating?
Now why is it I would much prefer to fight one making such mandates than one committing these crimes? It has to do with my feelings regarding traitors. For if I figure life is no longer worth living, than I would have no compunctions regarding dealing with such types.
Look it up.....for I hold them in abject contempt.
I remember a dead Marine I called friend.......
The attempt is coming.....I have little doubt. I always remember government is at best, a benevolent parasite, at worst a despotic enslaver of souls, minds and lives. It cannot give you something it did not take from someone else.
I took an oath once too...to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, not a man, or a position or a government.......
They assume I am foolish or stupid.
I wouldn't have it any other way.......
So I stand quietly, my resistance silent for the most part, based on allegiance, associations and words. I won't argue, for that is pointless by and large.
I much prefer to cast reasonable doubts....let others draw their own conclusions.
I have set foot in twenty-five states, lived in three. Over time I think my favorite region was the South....for I loved it and still miss it. I always will. If not for this beloved little town and my family, I would be there now.
But as with most former military, I do know how to use my guns, or to have the sense not to fiddle with one unfamilar to me. I won't keep a gun I cannot use.
I take this oath, sent this note and link to my friends.....and it is spreading....
    Sincerely,
    LC HJ caveman82952

  140. Greetings to those that belong here and read this. To those who only wish to stir and muddy the waters to distract from the matter at hand, go find another rock to crawl under.

The phrase “Better Late Than Never” comes to mind… I do believe the honest intent is there. I only hope it is not too late. I already know, call this confirmed fact if you will, that ‘contingency plans’ have been drawn up, not just to secure the southern border with active duty military to prevent the ‘drug war’ from ‘spilling over’. There are also ‘contingency plans’ to isolate and lock down all of the major US cities due to ‘civil unrest’ through active duty military force: think 50,000 armed and equipped soldiers dedicated to blocking exit choke points.

What if that unrest is caused by government actions? Lying to the people and expecting them to smile while their society collapses around them comes to mind. Where is the line between legitimate emergencies requiring federal aid (ie Katrina) and unlawful martial law? It is very small, and very thin, because the states were never intended to be subject to federal aid or assistance…

The mere mention of the truth, or of the law, is now seen as ‘unrest’, and pressing the matter is seen as ‘revolting’. http://www.infowars.com/police-trained-nationwide-that-informed-americans-are-domestic-terrorists/ Any mention of bad thoughts towards the ‘government’ are enough to add you to a terrorist watch list.

Jay Stang, USMC is 100% correct, in the digital age there is no such thing as “privacy” or “anonymity”. If they want to know who you are, they will find out, I have the government training myself to do the work.

I hope you are all putting as much thought into your own plans, including taking care of your family, while you address these situations as they come to you. Planning, preparation and supplies, but especially planning.

For too long speaking out against wrong on the part of government has been ruled akin to an act of treason. I am not affiliated with, associated with, or a supporter of the misnamed ‘militia movements’ that have been sitting within our borders for decades. Even the term ‘militia’ has been demonized, and I believe this has been intentional. I am not racist, nor do I consider myself better than most. I consider myself an honest individual, and I expect to be treated fairly for it. I have not renounced my country nor my citizenship, nor do I support a violent overthrow. Defense of self and country are another matter completely.

I truly regret that our once great nation is in peril of committing suicide, while the (intentionally misguided) masses who make up our great nation cheer on the devils handiwork… I have sworn the Oath of Service (Enlistment and Office, but both truly mean Service) twice previously, once as Active Duty and once as Civil Service Law Enforcement, and I meant every word of it both times. Count me in.

It is my sincere hope that more uniformed officers, local, county and state, recognize the importance of these principles and join this movement. Too many have already begun treating the citizens of their jurisdictions as if civil rights have no meaning. Please keep up promoting this among currently serving peace officers

  147. As a first time visitor to this site, please allow me to make a few observations and comments.

First of all, I am thrilled to see the responses of people who take seriously their oath to the Constitution. I am even more glad to see that so many people realize the battle is not Democrat vs Republican (both parties being responsible) but rather the battle is simply the same fight that it has been for all of recorded history, that of freedom vs tyranny. In particular, please let me compliment Mr. Stewart Rhodes on his integrity and his hard work on this site.

Now for some less pleasant comments -- and do believe me when I say that my purpose is NOT to disuade anyone here, but rather to point out some of the difficulties that need attention NOW so that proper planning can be done for the future.

One factor to remember is that the great bulk of armed forces members literally do not even understand what you are talking about. The oath of induction is a simple formality to most service members, active or retired. No, I am not talking about YOU, I am talking about the other 99%. You may say, "No! You're wrong!I know we are in a minority, but the numbers are not that bad!" You are fooling yourself. Not more than one person in a hundred has any conception of the history and principles of the Constitution. Ask yourself, in all the US wars of the 20th and 21st centuries, how many soldiers have ever refused illegal orders? Ask yourself the same question about the various police forces and their members. The answer is not encouraging. My personal observation has been that in the last twenty years or so, I have NEVER met and spoken with even ONE retired or active US military member who was willing to obey the Constitution. Many of them boasted of how dedicated they were, of how they were warriors protecting our way of life, but when pressed about specific orders, for example, "Suppose you were ordered to destroy a foreign water treatment plant, in spite of the fact that it was not a military target, is specifically protected under US treaties, and would certainly cause the death of innocent civilians, would you do it?" Universally, the answers were, "Yes. I wouldn't like it, but I would do it. I might complain later." The only single question for which I EVER received a Constitutional reply was "Would you seize guns from law abiding American citizens?" Maybe 2/3 of those I asked said they would refuse -- but I am not convinced that they would actually refuse in a real world test.

If there is an equally small percentage of civilians resisting illegal rule, they will be effectively neutralized. Likewise, such a small percentage of military personel will be effectively removed and either arrested or transfered. Sounds bleak, doesn't it?

    Maybe not.

Many people, even military members, are not aware that one of the main reasons for the US withdrawal from Viet Nam was the huge increase in fragging incidents during the last phase of the war. I do not intend to argue the rightness, the wrongness, or even the Constitutionality of the Viet Nam war, only some of the factors involved in removing America from the conflict. Because of the nature of the troop deployment and the fighting that took place there, casualties were very strongly concentrated in a relativelt small fraction of the soldiers involved, the actual deployed ground troops. When the casualty rate became high enough, soldiers saw that murdering their officers was the only effective way to control the nature of the fighting they were exposed to. Just the threat of fragging caused many officers to look the other way and to not prosecute soldiers who refused to obey orders. Ugly? yes. Effective? Also yes. The very fact that good statistics on Viet Nam fragging are so hard to find illustrates how very frightening the events were to upper level commanders. One could say the same about the World War One "Christmas Truce" and the methods used to force the troops to resume fighting.

Here is what you need to consider.

Certainly NO ONE would suggest that any soldier or officer disobey legal orders. Equally NO ONE would suggest that soldiers should kill officers who issue legal orders. However, if the time comes that officers break their oath by passing or issuing orders that go against the US Constitution, what options are available to a law abiding, patriotic and Constitutionaly aware soldier? Simple math shows that there are not enough such patriots left in the military to be effective by a simple refusal to comply. The same could be said about metropolitan police forces. The numbers just are not there. Remember also that NOTHING is so fundamental to the expression of military (and political) power as the ability to command and know with certainty that those commands will be obeyed. The ruling structures will do literally ANYTHING to ensure that they will be obeyed. They may be forced to back down, but they can never be PERSUADED to back down. Never.

This is a hard question, a very hard question, but are you prepared to kill your officers, to kill your fellow enlisted man, to kill members of your own police force? If you are flying a plane and receive orders to attack law abiding American citizens, are you prepared to bomb your own base? If you are not, then why not?

Wonderful post! Many valid points. Thank you.

Personally, I reached a terrifying conclusion
regarding soldiers or peace officers violating
the Constitutional rights of citizens. It is as
follows: say my small town is cordoned off,
door to door gun confiscation is taking place,
and road blocks setup. In my eyes this is a
    gross violation of liberty, clearly
    un-Constitutional, and removes my ability
to defend myself and family. Therefore, I
would feel threatened and would be willing
to kill those "just following orders".
As ugly as this sounds, I have no sympathy
for those who blindly take the oath and are
ignorant of its importance. My take is "you
    better wake-up" and assume wakeful
responsibility for your decision to serve.

Now, as to passing the real-world test of
facing robotic troops or "law enforcement"
banging on my door with deadly force, my
feeling is this: so much has been taken
already, and I feel backed against a wall.
Government does not respond to us. If it
    responds with lawless, constitution
violating thugs seeking my life, my property,
and likely terrifying my family in the
process, then I, as a law abiding citizen,
have a DUTY to resist with force. Enough is
    enough.

  149. A noble concept...except...

...you will not be ordered to take away the children of a home schooling family, you will be ordered to raid the "hideout of religious fundamentalists suspected of endangering the lives of children".

...you will not be ordered into the home of a citizen who collects guns, you will be ordered into the "weapons cache of a suspected right wing extremist member of a local militia".

...you will not be raiding the local church congregation but "the location of religious fundamentalists who hold an extreme view of the Bible and the Constitution".

I could go on but you get the drift. The ranks you walk in are filled with too many uninformed and willfully ignorant Wermacht helmeted yahoos, filled with self-righteous indignation on a variety of social ills that they have been taught to believe need extreme means to combat and, who would be more than happy to right those ills at the first opportunity.

My only comfort for myself and for my family is that God is just and that His justice does not sleep. On that day when ALL who took the oath to uphold the Constitution of these United States will stand before His Throne to account for themselves, they will be accountable for every last jot and tittle of that document and the Living Word upon Whom it was based.

I applaud your effort but, quite frankly, I believe it has come much too late. All of the above scenarios have happened with alarming regularity; the addition of purging the ranks of our military and police of Constitutionalist extremists wouldn't make the bottom of page B16 in a local newspaper.

    I'm not American.
I have never been in the US.
I have never been in an English speaking country neither.
I watch very closely what happens in the world these days.
I watch these events with an external view.
I learn of you through various people from your country and elsewhere i.e. Europe.
I may not be American and have your constitution but as human I know that what harms my neighbour ends up in harming me.
There is so little I can do from my side but the least I can do is to inform people.
We "non-american" throughout the world are much more conscious of what is happening to you presently. We know you're being manipulated through false flags etc ...
As WeAreChange shows us, most American young people know better who Britney Spears's ex-husband is but they don't even know your bill of rights / see here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSIcOdmCvuk&feature=channel_page
We foreigners, hear what people like Ron Paul or Kucinich say. More people talk of the disastrous events taking place in these historical moments in your country and in the world (I could mention Alex Jones, Jeff Rense, Glenn Beck, Lou Dobbs, Jason Bermas, Mark Dice, Webster Tarpley, David Icke, Jordan Maxwell, KRS, Martin Sheen, George Carlin etc etc )
Your army has killed many of us (we can talk about more than a million only in iraq – without mentioning Palestine and elsewhere). We feel a very big pain because of this huge loss. But we also understand that you “American people” have also been fooled by your controlled mass media. We are very irritated by the actions taken worldwide in the name of peace by your imperialist government.
Today you’re being attacked on your second amendment.
Today, anyone can be added to the terrorist list. (no fly list?)
Today, everyone is suspected guilty until he is proven innocent.
Tomorrow, they will orchestrate another terror event in which many of you may believe it’s been done by a lonely Taliban in his cave. Then for your safety they’ll restrict more of your liberties. Till when ?
The real people who can save your country from tyranny are those who swore allegiance to your constitution as long as they make the difference between the constitution’s power and the politician’s power. You can disobey treasonous orders but you may not infringe any of the articles of your constitution.
For those who are aware of the joint collaboration between your army and foreign armies training on your soil for years, please be aware that these “non-american” soldiers are the very ones that can be called to fight against your civilians and they won’t think twice before shooting at you.
Once again, I’m not American and I’m proud of being what I am. I do not hate your country but I hate the way you don’t do anything to save it. This is when PATRIOTISM comes in scene guys! Now is the moment. We are currently writing the history our children will find in their history class books.
Come on people, wake-up before it’s too late!

last night about many of your points.
We understand how citizens around the
world are angry that we, as US citizens
let our government roam the world
    protecting US business interests.

Understand, we here in the states have
a long road ahead of us if we are to
    return this country to Constitutional
footing. Some of us are trying, not
all of us are willfully brain-dead.

Little by little people are beginning
to stir. There isn't a lot of time left
before it will be impossible to move,
but some of us will do everything in
our power to restore our Republic.

I know it doesn't sound like much, but
we're giving it our all, even as we
understand that our efforts could end
    in failure.

  154. I love showing a ten dollar bill and asking "Americans" to guess at which time the man pictured on this bill assumed the presidency. Many think this question bit unfair so I simplify the question and I ask if they care to guess which century he held the presidency. It's absolutely amazing the profound answers I've received, but not ONE has yet correctly answered that Hamilton never was a president. People have even less understanding of the American Constitution than they do of the individuals imaged on the green toilet paper that the masses call money. What little understanding there is of our Republic, seems to be entertained by cowards.

Sadly, you are correct. There is no
    discussion of the Constitution in
mainstream media where most get their
concept of our nation and government.

The mainstream media purpose is an
    intellectual dead zone where people
are funneled so that they may be
confused, diverted, and if they are
    on the "hunt", diverted.

    Knowing this, understanding the huge
    forces against a Constitutional
breakout in the rank and file, we can
only do what is in our power to do:
    handouts comparing the Constitution
the actions of our government, stapling
such to telephone poles, talking to
neighbors, sending a blizzard of emails
to newspapers, congress, and talking heads
who may mention the Constitution once
    every six months.

Our all volunteer military signed up to fight illegal wars which have nothing to do with defending the US, just make rich people richer. And, have any of you had any personal encounters with the police lately? It's pretty obvious most think of us citizens as the enemy.

If it gets to the point of shooting, it's going to be a bloodbath, like what happened in Gaza recently, but a thousand times worse.

I didn't vote for Obama, but I would have voted for any of my preferred candidates whatever the color - white, black, yellow or purple striped - of their skins. I think that makes me less of a racist than you, James. And you also seem to be implying (or personally assuming) that Obama intends to finish the job started by Bush of destroying the American constitution and setting himself up as elected King. Those signing up here do not want to live under an absolute monarch with more untrammelled power than even King George no matter what the color of his skin might be. So long as Obama stears well clear of this direction there will be no military coups or citizens' uprisings.

We know that most military and
    "law enforcement" will blindly
    follow orders and likely slaughter

But so what? Should we, as you
seem to suggest, simply lie down
    and take this grotesque abuse
without any effort to deflect it?

Let me make this clear: stomping
on citizens rights, abuse of power,
    and the likely psychopathology of
    thugs blindly following orders in
    violation of the U.S.Constitution
brands them as the enemy. Failure
    to defend yourself, your family,

    is an appalling cowardice.

I'd rather be dead than watch this

I am just one of those ex-cowboys that left the film industry because it was being taken over by the Globalist parasites, whose agenda of dummng down our children, undermining our Christian values, destroying our nations Republic. That has chapped my ass and with their trumped up terriorist attacks, that was so apparently a inside job, they have taken over our Constitutional government. What in God's name did the criminals that blew up the towers want? Will somebody tell me why they went to all that trouble and no one has heard a word from them sense? Maybe someone needed an excuse for going after the mideast oil reserves in Iraq and now Iran. It is apparent that one world control is their goal from all their no-win wars, for culling off our young patriots, who present a threat to their global empire. I sure what you will see next is street wars, a financial colaspe, nation wide desease, and a nation put under marshall law. They won't mind a patriot up-rising, fighting with their local police, as long as it destroys Americas desire for freedom and they control the media that demands the sets up of their police state. They can always call on foreign troops to help in bringing peace to this land. High on their list of setting up their globalization is the selective culling of certain populations "Middle Class with guns". They have little need to worry about the sheeplings in the USA as we our tired of wars and the bulk of our patriot kids have been murdered in their police actions. We are ready to sit back on our complacent asses and let them pull the strings needed for a one world global empire from Washington, We are willing to accept their one world global empire just for peace and survival. It's obivious they will have no room in their New Order for born again, freemen, so I'm a doomed Cowboy. However they have already taken me out of being a threat to their agenda. I'm ready to meet my maker, as I have run a good race in life, but it would be nice too have one more gunfight at OK Corral with those cowardly globalists that buy allegence to their cause. I hope that the complacent clergy might listen to that small voice of God"their congregation and nation is in deep trouble". They will have to stand before judgement seat of God and account for their silence and ignorance, while His Kingdom on earth was destroyed. His churches all over America are mute to the threat of His kingdom on Earth and dominion over our nation. The crimminals globalists bankers do not want to confront the Church of the living God, Jesus the Christ, as He would throw them out of the church on their asses. 169. Please be cognizant that I am not advocating an armed overthrow of the government. If people would think before they voted, this could all be changed from within. Get involved. Vote for people, not organizations. If no one is worth voting for, step up and run for office-at least you can say you tried. If you get into office, fight the political machine-do not join it. The Libertarian Party (which I am not a member of or advocating for) supports many of the same ideas we have been discussing from what I have seen: small government, less intervention, reduced taxes, and more freedoms based on The Constitution of the United States of America.

Are you aware that the government has for some time been trying to brand ‘Constitutionalists’ as ‘extremists’? That should constitute treason alone: the government calling people who believe in the Constitution ‘extremists’. Apparently George Washington was an extremist, as was Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, and all the founding fathers? No wonder they do not teach about them in school anymore. If believing in the Constitution makes me an ‘extremist’ then so be it, I am honored to be grouped with such men who were not afraid to cast off the yoke of oppression and stand up for what was right, no matter the personal cost. I personally am very tired of bureaucratic labels, and I will not see my family used as fodder for anyone’s personal gain.

David has a valid point. If you are going to do this, if all else fails and it comes to urban warfare, then at least do it right. Fall back and regroup, do not let them take you alone or in small groups on the street as they come to you, one house and street at a time in force. All you will do is die in vain, and endanger other uninvolved civilians (including your family) in the process. You cannot counter an organized force with small pockets of temporary resistance.

Fall Back-At the first sign of serious trouble get out of town. It takes a while to mobilize a large military force to blockade major cities. Isolation is the first step in a siege, do not get caught in it.

Regroup/Organize/Equip-This is the most heavily armed nation on the face of God’s Earth. You do not need fancy uniforms to win a fight, or a war.

Bring The Fight To Them-You choose the place, the time, the odds, etc. The element of surprise is your friend.

People need to start thinking if they want to accomplish anything, or even to survive, because there are a LOT of untrained and uneducated 'drones' that will follow all orders, no matter how insane, and then regret it later (perhaps). That does not mean they do not know how to mow civilians down with automatic weapons, that really takes no thinking or training. Anyone that can cycle and load a machine gun can accomplish that task with the requisite tools.

They will have the training and the tools. They will also have the numbers, make no mistake about it. The only thing on our side is this: the military has a horrible track record against small guerilla forces abroad, and that will not change at home. Guerilla forces abroad with little practical training and no initial equipment can grind our military machine to a standstill, decade after decade. Guerilla warfare is always a moral drainer, which after the initial action may give the ‘drones’ a chance to think. The more they think the less they will like what they are doing, and the more obvious the propaganda machine will be. There will be a lot of thinking when they realize they are fighting a large number of their own, not just a few radicals as they will be told-or when they realize the entire premise for why they were ordered to make war on their own people was all lies.

These political manipulators are true cowards at heart, and many of the drones will not have the will to fight their own. Any foreign intervention is truly an invasion, and must be treated as such, for they will have no problem slaughtering you or your family, and they will not feel bad or rethink it later. Through it all you must outsmart and outmaneuver the opponent, and realize you cannot out muscle it.

Do not lose heart if initial military action is taken here at home, whether it be foreign or indigenous forces, as that will be the forging fire from which the steel is separated from the rest. That day will be the trumpet call to all remaining Patriots, and will be the day that will mark a change in America’s destiny. I too feel this day will be upon us sooner than later, and that we truly are out of time. Prepare for the worst, and hope for the best. Live free or die trying is not just a pretty slogan. I will leave you with a few quotes from much wiser men than I.

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." - Thomas Jefferson

"If you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a small chance of survival. There may even be a worse case: you may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Winston Churchill

I truly believe they know that of which they speak. Also think on this: a small underground resistance is frequently more productive than an open fight to the death.

"And how we burned in the camps later thinking: What would things have been like if every security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling in terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt!"

I just want to say that I have been raised by my mother who spent 23 years in active duty army. she raised me and my sister to believe that our government is not truthful or sneaky in the ways they go about taking our rights. I am now in the Army and have served along side some of the most professional men in the world. Having said that I have asked many on what they would do if given the order to shoot or detain americans, Most couldn't make up there minds and even seemed confused why I would ask such a question. I come from a very very long line of military and I can say without thought that we all would fight for the people not against. We would show the gov the barrels of our weapons if it meant our constitution was upheld. Thank you for all your comments I surely wish my son didnt have to deal with the nonsence we as a people have created.

As many of you are aware, there has been a long slow assault on our Constitutional rights and a steady usurpation of power by the government, and we are at a point where the civil means to control our government provided by our Nation’s Founders have almost completely been eliminated.

If you want to attempt to change things, in a civil and conscientous way, think about doing all or some of these.

PULL YOUR MONEY FROM ALL MAJOR BANKS. Use only local or credit union, or keep your money in a can. your money is not really there, since it has already been spent by the US government. so the sooner you get your hands on it, and convert to precious metals the better off you will be.

PULL ALL YOUR MONEY FROM INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS. i would recommend doing this sooner rather than later. IMO, its a matter of time before these moneys are confiscated...so to speak. DO NOT INVEST IN THE MARKET AT THIS TIME...HIGHLY VOLATILE. But that's my opinion.

STOP BUYING CRAP! BUY ONLY ESSENTIALS. And buy them from local or regional stores. Do not shop at the big nationals...WalMart, JC Penneys, etc.etc.

TURN OFF THE TV! (and most radio talk shows). They are filled to the brim with propaganda, lies and intimidation. There is no truth coming from the TV anymore. NONE. Not one respective journalist or investigative reporter can be found at CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, FOX, BLOOMBERG, BBC. Yes, they sometimes say what you want to hear, but they always have an agenda. Cut the cord...your kids will be much better off if you do.

INCORPORATE. yes, form a corporation and do what the rich wealthy pigs do...protect your assets from confiscation and bankruptcy. Or the other great alternative is to form a trust. Learn the legal loopholes for paying less taxes. In these times, you must be aware or they will take every penny from you.

DEMAND ANSWERS. From everyone. politicians, local representatives, utility companies (which will soon be gouging you in the eye with a red hot poker). Flood their telephone lines, fax machines, emails...drive them nuts.

Remember your other great freedom. Freedom of speech. Speak out when you must. But more importantly, holding your tongue may save your life. You have the right to remain silent. I suggest you do especially when innocent. No one can tell you what to do, and no one can demand you reveal anything. It is your most private freedom.

Also, i would highly recommend this video (see link below). It has been removed for suspicious reasons, but if you find it, please watch and circulate. I think all here would appreciate the video immensely.

    http://www.informationliberation.com/?id=26614

We must begin to do something, and not just talk about it. Time is short...I know this above all else. We must educate others, and promote courage as well. This is our country, our republic....and for many decades we have been captured and held hostage. We must set ourselves free once again...albeit, on our own soil.

    Good luck to all

Well, it might not have been either, but it WAS a put up job: Building don't come down in their own footprint unless they are destroyed by a controlled demolition. If burning jetfuel had softened the steel support structure, there is no way it could have done so evenly, and the building would have toppled. That much is indisputable. (Besides which, most of the fire was out when the buildings came down, and building 7 came down the same way without benefit of burning fuel. So believe what you want, but those aircraft did not destroy those buildings, and our government either let it happen or is more incompetent than even I believe.

  188. Uniform Code of Military Justice
    Section 14c(2)(a)(i):

Inference of lawfulness. A order requiring the performance of a military duty or act may be inferred to be lawful and it is disobeyed at the peril of the subordinate. This inference does not apply to a patently illegal order, such as one that directs the commission of a crime.

These provisions allow for the disobedience of illegal orders, but such orders may themselves constitute a crime, or be part of a criminal conspiracy, either under military or civilian law. Under federal law, 18 USC 242, it is illegal for anyone under the color of law to deprive any person of the rights, privileges or immunities secured by the U.S. Constitution, and under 18 USC 241 it is illegal to conspire to violate such rights. It is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. This could be applied to military personnel who abuse the rights of citizens, either military or civilian. The UCMJ also defines an Article 134 offense: Impersonating a commissioned, warrant, noncommissioned, or petty officer, or an agent or official. This could apply to a military officer who impersonates a civilian official in an action against civilians. This includes actions taken under martial law. In RCM 202(a):

Sounds to me like you folks have a point. As a Texan, I'm a big believer in things like liberty and freedom. Politicians can't take those rights away from us. We can, however, give them away by doing nothing. President Obama would do well to remember the words of Isoroku Yamamoto, "I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve."

  193. As a citizen who loves this great country and who has studied intensely the history of the power structures that govern this world, I have been deeply moved and inspired by the noble words expressed herein. They are sacred because they represent the willingness to sacrifice life itself for truth and for the freedom of the soul.

I love the Constitution of the United States of America. I love the principles and ideals upon which it is based. It is a divinely inspired document given for the benefit of all mankind, delivered to us by wise men who were raised up for this very purpose. It is a gift given directly from God to the whole world.

Let it be clearly understood that those who pull the real earthly levers of power are not our elected officials, and that includes the President. These officials are merely serving at the whim of those who control the money systems, those who hide behind the scenes several layers deep, those who have no allegiance to country because they control them all, those who manipulate the peoples of the world into hating each other to foment wars, those who use both major political parties to push their agenda and to keep the people confused and at odds with each other.

This vile evil must be rooted out at the core before we can ever be a free people. The argument must go to the very center of the problem. The war must be waged against the real enemy in the secret chambers, not merely against the propped-up puppets who knowingly or unknowingly do their bidding.

Until we have a free monetary system that is truly controlled and regulated by the people, rather than by a secretive group of international elitist families, we will never control our destiny. Until we eliminate their control through money over the media and education, we will not have liberty.

The principles of the Constitution transcend party; they even transcend nationality. They are simply true for all mankind. However, the Constition was meant for a virtuous and a moral people. We have been systematically and intentionally corrupted over decades to eliminate our core strength as a people in preparation for us to willingly abandon our foundation and hand over our liberty in exchange for a false sense of security.

Our true strength has always eminated from our belief in God and our willingness to live moral and virtuous lives. Freedom cannot be maintained without virtue. We must promote and advocate goodness to deserve greatness.

Despite the apparently incredible and highly visible power of those who temporarily control the governments of the earth, let us never forget who truly governs this planet. We are His children. He has all power. We must know this. Our faith is our true strength.

Those who seek to establish their own kingdom over the earth will be destroyed. Those who are willing to live virtuous lives and to stand for truth will be endowed with power to endure and to overcome all enemies despite the seemingly impossible odds.

Our efforts will be magnified. The masses will flock to the safety of true principles and righteousness. A few can be powerful instruments of change, stalwart and brave catalysts to rally the sleeping masses to awake and arise.

No doubt the battle for freedom will soon rage openly throughout the world, and it will be fiercely contested, but the outcome is known. The victor is Christ. Let us choose to be on His side. Let us trust in Him, and whether we live or die in the conflict, our reward will be sure. Let us live in virtue and stand tall for truth and justice for all people. Evil will be no match for a citizenry united in righteousness throughout America and throughout the world.

God bless those who have offered their all in sacrifice and those who here have expressed a willingness to do the same. God bless America! And He will if we but honor Him. I know it is true!

  194. We have been absolutely swamped with emails and with comments here, so we regret not being able to address all of your many questions.

    One important point though:

We want active duty to visit this site and if you transform it into a hard-core "how to wage 4th Gen. guerrilla war" or "how to fragg" site, many of them will be wary of participating, for very valid reasons.

Also, please keep in mind the mission of Oath Keepers - it's focus of effort. That is to reach, teach, and inspire those who took the oath. That means to:

    1. Remind them of what they swore an oath to defend - the Constitution and the rights of the people;

    2. To teach them about all the principles of our constitutional republic, and even more fundamentally the principles of liberty enunciated in our Declaration of Independence (and that is meant to address the above noted lack of knowledge). That helps them to know when an order is unlawful;

    3. And to inspire them to steel up, "cowboy up" and honor that oath if/when the time comes.

Now, exactly HOW they would fulfill that oath is another question, and beyond the scope of this effort. We are confident that they could figure it out if/when - Americans are a resourceful lot.

Getting them to the point of understanding when an order is unlawful because in violation of the Constitution, or unlawful because in violation of a higher law still, is hard enough, and is the necessary first step. Both the list of principles and the list of ten orders we will not obey were very carefully designed to go to that purpose. And we will add more such materials.

Then comes steeling their resolve, which can be done in large part by getting them to think about it ahead of time, just as they prepare mentally for future combat. The ten orders we will not obey serves that purpose. It gets them thinking in advance, and making decisions in advance (and it also teaches as all of the orders are derived from our own experience or from the sad experiences of other nations in the 20th Century). Again, they can sort out exactly how they would refuse.

And the testimonials, videos, and even the site tribute are designed to provide moving examples of other Oath Keepers who are men of resolve and courage. Knowing the great sacrifices of those who came before has a way of putting it all in perspective and steeling a young soldier's resolve to follow in the hollowed footsteps of his forefathers.

All of that is such am incredibly tall order in itself! So, please keep that in mind. This is not a tactics or even a military strategy page, nor is it a site on guerrilla warfare. It is a mission to win the hearts and minds of the troops so they fulfill their higher purpose of being Guardians of the Republic.

We are not saying such discussions about possible "how" tactics should not be held. But we do suggest you take such discussions over to a venue where that is in fact the focus of effort. If you email me (Stewart) I will point you toward several that would most certainly welcome your well considered observations and which you would find informative as well.

    Thank you.

    Now, one more matter:

    "SPOOKED" said:

"please let us know if you are related to the infamous British Rhodes of South African fame?"

Stewart: NO. IF I WERE, I'D BE RICH, AND I AM CERTAINLY NOT RICH. In addition, I am a first class American mutt - a classic Heinz 57. I doubt the racist Cecil Rhodes would have approved. I'm part Irish, and that alone would mortify him. And then there is the American Indian and Hispanic blood. Cecil is probably spinning in his grave at the very thought.

    "SPOOKED" Also said:

Also why does your email indicate you are with Yale University where Skull and Bones is?

STEWART: I attended Yale Law School. Yes, Skull and Bones is at Yale, but that is an undergrad club, reserved for the spoiled brats of the elite who go to undergrad there. Law students are not invited or allowed - nor would I have wanted to be. Being a western rustic, and an ex-paratrooper, I often felt like a knuckle dragging barbarian at Yale. I just wouldn't fit in well with blue blood nancy boys who like to do weird things to each other with candles or whatever else they do.

SPOOK: "And finally do you now, or have you ever had, any connection to American, British or other intelligence agencies? Thank you."

STEWART: NO. I was a long range scout, but that is hardly an "intelligence agency." Still, I have to ask: If I did have such connections, do you really think I would tell you? Aha!

  196. First of all, The Declaration of Independence is not law. It was a document outlining the current issues and intentions of the forefathers.

Second, I don't understand this quote from the founder:

""understanding when an order is unlawful because in violation of the Constitution, or unlawful because in violation of a higher law still, is hard enough...""

Higher law? As in some religious context?

Also, the Constitution provides for addressing any violations. I don't need to tell the legal scholar this.

The Constitution is the law of the land, and I support it.

While Pres. Bush acted in ways the supreme court has ruled illegal under the constitution, it was not immediately acted on. Democracy takes time. Laws have to be challenged.

Now it seems to me this site is more about the second amendment than the rest of the document.

For instance, if the congress renewed the assault weapons ban, the president signed it, and it was challenged in a case before the supreme court, and it was upheld that the government has the right to restrict certain weapons. All that is constitutional, as you know, the constitution gives the supreme court the power to determine whether laws are outside the constitution under article III.

I can only think this site has to do with the citizens taking that constitutionally granted power on to themselves. We all have opinions. The constitution does not support that any citizens opinion about its meaning is superior to another's, except for that of the Supreme Court of the United States.

"These are strange times indeed, for Missouri but really don't bother with fear anymore as they have been exposed.

The elite criminals are more afraid of all of us then you would be of them anyway, always have been.

Really, I have to question given the ludicrousness of these assertions and the documents accompanying them why hasn't anyone confronted the Federal Police of Missouri already?

Do they realize how insane, and absolutely juvenile this nonsense sounds when spoken!?!??

"It is now widely considered that, all supporters of Candidates like Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, Bob Barr and other various viewpoints are a threat to the nation's security and suspicious domestic terrorists. All advocates of the founding fathers, constitution, abortion and other such issues can be considered to be armed and or dangerous."

Here is how I *would* confront a reasonable authority figure there, again I would implore

"Sir, you need to re-read these instructions you have been given.

Think about this slowly. How in any way, have I or others, been supporting domestic terrorism or suspicious military activities by being a follower of Ron Paul or their viewpoints given that he is in fact just a Congressman?

And given that he, Ron Paul is basically a political candidate and again I have in no time, past or present advocated for open violence nor domestic terrorism; in fact I have openly supported the issues the man raised which in no way constitutes a threat to anyone."

Officer Karl: "Well, we're just trying to understand this. You have in no way, past or present advocated for violence against anyone or a domestic disturbance? Have you engaged in a formal riot?"

"Sir, once again I am against all forms of rigorous violence, except and including instances where serious harm to my person can be proven: i.e self defense, defense of property. I have not, nor would I ever consider, engaging in activities which could be construed as acts of terrorism.

After all I believe in the messages in the constitution, which if you read it yourself does not ask for active terrorism anywhere."

Officer Karl: "You have never engaged in a formal riot? Well, I don't fully understand. When the founding fathers were around, did they not in fact ask people to submit to christianity or be killed in effect? I'm just trying to understand you more, to make sure you're not up to something."

"Officer Karl, I want you to seriously consider that statement for a moment. Has Ron Paul, or anyone who shared this message openly called for people to submit to a religion or have they in any form demanded someone else conform to their views or risk violence?

Have they? And more importantly Officer, have I done anything of the sort by following them? I'm not interested in the founding fathers or their actions here, I'm just interested in what the law says and where in the constitution it says they openly demanded the people conform to them.

Can you cite where, after you read it, in this document?"
(hands him a small excerpt of that paragraph of the constitution)

Officer Karl: "(pause and checking) I see that the statements here do not seem to advocate terrorism. Your allegation from before is this whole thing appears to be ridiculous. Well, I have a job to basically check everybody. It's my duty to ensure nothing unseemly goes on, you could say."

"Sir, Officer, I want you to think rationally for a second here. If I was in anyway going to be a threat to anyone, why would I openly explain my views to you or open myself up to being questioned? I'm not afraid of anything here, and I'm certainly not immature enough to re-enact the revolutionary war on our soil.

I am just simply asking you to inquire about these ideas, before you blindly follow orders.

To be honest with you, I've always been interested in the right of self defense to myself and my property and that includes law enforcement. That does not exclude you. I am not, nor have I ever been interested in open violence.

Yet on the other hand, in another universe, where lets say a new world order was taking place or something strange like that....and you were the Constable, and were ordered to subdue me & take me into custody or household torture....and I Maverick Ames shot you in the arm once, then twice with thousands of volts of electricity to show you this is not the way....

Would you continue to pursue and attack me, who had done nothing but protect my own property or livelihood? Would you make yourself property to the state which employed you for hire, and continue to attack me until we both fell? Until all the citizens began to riot, until the city fell?

Or would you finally stand up for your conscience, and refuse to obey those orders. Leave our city grounds immediately, and protect your family from the same state which gave you those orders.

Would you willingly assault the public, just to satisfy your employers? Or would you give pause and understand we're not enemies, and turn your back on those who use you for tyranny.

Just a hypothetical question, and that is all."

Officer Karl: "On the first shot, I'd stagger back and try to kill you. But on the second shot I would lay down my gun, stagger back, refuse taking you in and simply disobey my orders.

I'm an officer of the law. It makes no sense for me to twist myself into knots under hapless circumstances, where the ones above speaking like this are less human than you or I.

I would say that as a grandson of a former commander in the British army, it would not be easy any way you slice it. I can see this country is in really dark times and I have to admit even thinking about it gives me the chills. I don't assume sir, that you are a terrorist.

But no matter how ridiculous it sounds, the people above me do."

Now for the men who are real and not COWARD neos, every one of them from the law enforcement community in Missouri and elsewhere could do with having a conversation that simple with citizens.

Citizens need to confront their law enforcement, as bad as they are sometimes they aren't the real enemy either way. Missouri needs to have conversations just like this, wake them up. With their help the republic will be restored, without it, the republic will fall.

It's up to you all to just be reasonable and show them the juvenile nature of alot of these orders, commands, or even a North American union if any of such is being forced out there. Let all who have eyes open them, let the dance commence. "

The time is in fact at hand, you in the military who know the violence the Federal Reserve has caused must not fire upon us.

For those that do, their conscience must be shaken to the core and they must see that the orders being forced upon them are unlawful.

They are not just unlawful but juvenile, childish, and ridiculously stupid.

Since when did any followers of Ron Paul or even the message he spoke, openly advocate violence and terrorism?

Since when was it domestic terrorism to speak your own mind?

That's what that guy was debating when posting at the Alex Jones blog, and that's what everyone needs to be thinking of.

If there is such a thing as an NWO or a Zionist conspiracy, free thinking men must know their oath and fight to uphold it.

For if they do not then we all fall, when I implore the truth, Revolution is at our very door and we have no choice but to consider these words with utmost care.

Those who are not laid down to rest, would surely collapse, in the prison cells of whoever was left after the war was over.
